Leadership Team

    • Patty Riskind, MBA Patty Riskind serves as CEO of Orbita. A dynamic healthcare technology leader who has achieved success for companies big and small, Patty previously held leadership positions with Qualtrics (Head of Global Healthcare) and Press Ganey (Chief Client Experience Officer). A pioneer in improving the patient experience, Patty founded PatientImpact (later acquired by Press Ganey) and developed an eSurvey product that revolutionized the patient satisfaction survey industry. She received her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Patty is a member of Women Business Leaders in Health Care, (WBL), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
    • Nathan Treloar Nathan Treloar is co-founder and serves as Chief Operating Officer of Orbita. Prior to helping establish Orbita, Nate held executive positions at FAST Search, Microsoft, RAMP and Ektron. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Michigan Technological University and his master’s from the University of Wyoming. As an expert on trends in voice and conversational AI, Nate is a respected author and speaker, and has advised some of the world’s largest companies and government agencies.
    • Ben Schilens Ben Schilens serves as Chief Customer Officer of Orbita and is currently managing the strategic direction of its product portfolio and the customer success organization. Ben joined Orbita’s founding members to launch the platform to market in 2017 and led the initial growth stage as Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining the leadership team, Ben held executive and international leadership positions at Episerver, Ektron and Refresh Software. He is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
    • Elizabeth Glaser Elizabeth Glaser serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Orbita. With deep experience in marketing, healthcare and health information technology, Elizabeth collaborates with other executive leaders to establish direction and advance effective execution strategies. She previously served in marketing leadership roles with 2bPrecise, LLC, and Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, and ran her own communications agency supporting healthcare providers and associations. Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude with degrees in English literature (BA) and marketing communications (BS) from Minnesota State University.
    • James Donato James Donato serves as Chief Technology Officer for Orbita. Prior to taking on this role, he held executive-level positions in product strategy, innovation and solution architecture for the company. James brings more than 25 years of expertise in the digital experience industry, leading teams at Episerver (now Optimizely), Asterims Media and Refresh Software. He is recognized for superior leadership in AI product and solution development across voice, chat and text.
    • Mark Cline As Vice President of Customer Success, Mark Cline is responsible for delivery, maintenance and growth of Orbita customer solutions. Mark held both customer service and project management roles with Ameex Technologies, Square Root Interactive and Informs prior to joining Orbita in 2018. He earned his BSBA in management and management information systems from Auburn University. Mark is highly regarded for his understanding of complex project dynamics and commitment to helping clients meet their goals.
