Job Description

The Sales Operations Administrator (SOA) will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President and coordinate Sales Operations. Additionally, this role will serve as HubSpot Administrator, responsible for generating and sharing reports from HubSpot to the sales and executive team.

This role will provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with sales operations; prepare weekly pipeline reports for new sales and renewals
  • Coordinate sales campaigns – working with Marketing, Sales, Product, Sales Engineering to project manage the execution of campaigns and measurement of success (# of leads generated)
  • HubSpot Administrator; responsible for generating and sharing reports from HubSpot to the executive team and responsible for data management and field updates within HubSpot
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings for CEO and President and manage calendars for both 
  • Provides support for executive and office meetings, as well as training events
  • Perform analytic and query work, as well as compile reports based on data 
  • Assist in the planning of company meetings and events 
  • Assist with travel arrangements for and take the lead on the administration of the corporate travel service. Also, provide input to the organizational travel policy
  • Other duties as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business, or related field 
  • Two years of relevant experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • High competency level with MS Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. 
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization 
  • Professional demeanor 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and maintain confidentiality 
  • Must be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
